• No-shows or last-minute cancellations on your end.

• Once services have been partially provided by us (e.g., readings completed or materials prepared ahead of the scheduled session).

• If a consultation session is extended due to excessive or irrelevant questions raised on your end, we may recommend additional session, which will incur extra charges. No refunds will be provided for the original session.

Termination of Service

• Provocative, abusive, or irrational emotional language or threats.

• Intermittent or continuous harassment (e.g., repeatedly requesting additional emotional support outside of the scheduled consultation).

• Insufficient background information or unclear queries.

• Failure to follow through with payment after agreeing to engage with our services.

• Excessive or irrelevant questions raised during the consultation leading to an extended session. Each consultation is designed to focus on specific needs and queries, and we may suggest additional session if necessary, which will incur extra payment.

In any of the above cases, no refund will be provided. We greatly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and energy, allowing us to continue offering valuable support to all our clients.
